The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round fight which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants confronted each other to promote the upcoming bout.
Former twice world title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, on paper, a huge mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to injure his face and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of such comments, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - normally famous for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead criticized ex Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou rejected a match opportunity.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he stated.
Paul's Background
Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or faded names since becoming pro.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
However, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving substantial financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It's going to be me versus Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul declared.
Physical Difference
As Joshua and Paul participated in the traditional confrontation, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is actually going ahead.
